Naging edge ba ang CMA title for you? How?

CPA here from big 4 and currently in a managerial position in a private company, contemplating whether I actually need a CMA title. Naging edge ba based sa experiences niyo ang CMA title sa mga job applications niyo and current jobs niyo both local and international? i.e. bigger salary than CPAs, faster promotion, etc. I feel like mas tinitingnan ng employers ang experience talaga and not really putting much weight on a CMA title. I might be wrong.

Facebook and Instagram account suspension. What is happening to Meta?

So my FB account of 16 years along with my instagram account of 14 years have been suspended suddenly. Already appealed but not really sure how long that would take and if the outcome will be favorable. What is happening yo Meta suddenly suspending accounts? Can anyone help me?
