My elderly mother got her verizon fios about 20 years ago and was contacted by frontier claiming they had to do a upgrade on her outdated ONT and router so she scheduled an appointment. I was present when the serviceman did his work and even helped by swapping the old router with the new. She just got her bill and theres a charge of $150 under "Field Tech Premise Visit". Is this something I should fight? Was the upgrade actually needed?

I got the famous $10 sonder from walmart but the basic black was not inspiring me.  I had some tan truck bed spray so I hit the scales with several coats. Needed to let cure for a week but the end result was very satisfying.  The spray in addition to a nice color upgrade gives some texture.
