Second opinion

Hello, I’m just looking for a second opinion after doing a lot of research. I’ll describe my current routine here and what I’m thinking of switching to as well.
I am currently doing:
PM: LRP toleriane cleanser
Aveeno oat calm+restore moisturizer
A bit of shea butter on my cheeks
AM: Cicalfate
But I feel like it’s not doing enough for my barrier and rosacea, is it okay for me to hop over to
PM: Avène Tolérance Extremely Gentle Cleanser Bioderma otaderm intensive baume
A bit of shea butter on dry spots
AM: Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Water-Fit Sun Serum SPF50+

I’m mostly looking to hear of others experiences with these products. I know the LRP Toleriane cleanser contains niacinamide, and I don’t think that irritates my skin. I think the LRP cleanser actually works fine for me but I’ve read decent stuff about the Avene one.
Just some details: I have very dry skin, always have I think. My old routine was just LRP Toleriane cleanser, the white bottle. Then around a year ago I tried ONE TIME the LRP foaming gel double cleanser and I’ve been red ever since, severely broke my skin barrier. My face is just consistently red now, especially on my cheeks, nose, sometimes forehead.

Don’t know what to do

Can anybody please help? I’m so sick and tired of looking all over the internet for tips and what to buy and what not to buy, some people swear by certain products that others absolutely curse out, I’m so lost at this point.

I used to have decent skin, used to get kind of irritated and red after showering but not throughout the entire day. My routine used to be only cleansing with la roche posay toleriane at night time, and then applying shea butter all over my face. I had overall pretty clear skin back then, until around a year ago I decided to try a new cleanser, la roche posay toleriane foaming gel double cleanser, ever since my face has been red, burning, extremely dry, etc. I assume rosacea.

Back then I couldn’t put anything on my face because it would make it 10x worse, now at least I can use the old toleriane cleanser and shea butter combo again, and it doesn’t really irritate my skin. In combination with that I’ve been using cicalfate and aveeno oat calm and restore moisturizer. At night time I wash my face with the cleanser, apply the moisturiser then shea butter over that for maximum hydration, in the morning I only apply the cicalfate, because if I do anything else in the morning it honestly makes me more red the rest of the day. After a few hours into the day my skin on my cheeks is too dry again and starts to crack/scale. At this point it affects my mental health and I don’t know what to do. It’s especially insanely bad after a shower (not hot nor do i directly put my face in the water) where after my whole face is just extremely red and dry and if I touch it it just feels like sandpaper.
