How do the AIO bags look when fully colonized and ready to fruit? Completely covered like the grain bags? Or is bag ready to fruit?

I inoculated on 4/28 and did a B&S on 5/10. Used a liquid culture PE. Ready for a monotub or would you hold off? This is my first grow for reference
