“Benevolent” spirit presence over me at night
I’ve recently started developing some sort of unknown psychic talents- I don’t know much about them overall but all are dream related like in real time being present for my grandfathers death. Or seeing my 4x great grandmother trying to teach me protections before I ever saw her face.
Recently in my grandparents house there’s been a female spirit that leans over me while I sleep- it’s a very calming motherly presence- she kissed my check and was visible briefly since I can’t go home rn I used anointed oil to protect myself from any malicious encounters and to recieve clarity. Last night I assume an ancestor was speaking to me and announced she was there again, I felt a mild electrical shock and a flash of light before they explained the spirit was a “benevolent caretaker that watched over the children of the house.” So I asked if that was her and the bed creaked. There was an even greater flash of light and a much much stronger electrical pulse like I literally thought I got struck by lightning until I remembered it wasn’t storming. It was significant enough that I couldn’t move, I had to stop and catch my breath, my head hurt etc
Either way the answer was “yes”
this is all very very far outside of my usual spectator mode style dreams I don’t know if I can trust that voice that spoke to me because it didn’t sound like anyone I was familiar with. My protections have worked incredibly well in the past so I’m sure she’s not outwardly malevolent but is anyone aware of spirits that behave like this? That can’t speak directly but still check in are female, fairly tall- almost motherly? Or is it possible this is another one of my ancestors?
