Founders/creators: what’s your biggest marketing problem right now?

ost founders don’t really struggle with having a good product.

They struggle with getting enough people to actually notice it.

You can have:

  • a great product
  • good content
  • a decent website

…but if your distribution is weak, growth becomes painfully slow.

And then you end up trying everything — Meta ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, SEO, cold outreach — without really knowing what’s actually working.

For founders and creators here:

What are you struggling with most right now?

  1. Getting consistent leads
  2. Growing content/audience
  3. Running profitable ads
  4. Converting traffic into customers
  5. Finding the right marketing strategy

Curious to hear what people are actually dealing with.

How are you guys getting clients in 2026?

I've been trying different client acquisition methods over the last few months—LinkedIn outreach, Reddit engagement, cold DMs, referrals, and even a few Meta ads.

Some channels bring conversations but no conversions. Others seem completely saturated.

For those of you running an agency or freelancing (marketing, design, video editing, development, etc.):

  • What's your #1 client acquisition channel right now?
  • Are cold emails still working?
  • Has LinkedIn outreach become too crowded?
  • Is personal branding actually bringing inbound leads, or is it mostly hype?

I'd love to hear what's working for you and what's been a complete waste of time.

Let's share real experiences instead of generic advice.
