Not receiving booking emails
We have sailed once on MSC (2024)and have two more booked (2026). My hotmail email is the account they were are booked as primary with my husbands gmail as secondary. Only he gets the emails related to the booking. We had two different TAs doing the bookings and neither have any ideas. There is nothing in spam; ive added all msc email addresses to safe senders, etc. I have reached out to Msc in the past to no avail.
Anyone else have this problem?
