Claycroft vs Heronbank

applying for accom this year, doing a morse undergrad. Basically wanted to know if its worth 800 quid more a year to live at heronbank over claycroft. I prefer quieter places and Id like an ensuite, but i know that claycroft is just 1 person youre sharing with, so thats doable.

I guess a sort-of issue is location for food shops, is it really that bad walking to and from heronbank to aldi? especially with a weeks-worth? Idm walking tho, but ig ive never walked w shopping

any help would be great

Claycroft vs Rootes vs Tocil

applying for accom for this year, doing a morse undergrad, and wanted to know which of the three I've said I should pick. basically my student finance is a bit crap - only entitled to the base amount of 5k - so my idea of getting a decent ensuite has gone out the window. It's come down to the shared bathrooms, which i was gonna add to my list anyway, but now its shot to the top.

As for socials, im not a fan of loud social environments where I live, I'd rather something quieter. and for the bathrooms, ive survived with many siblings (barely) but idk how many people it is per bathroom (id like the minimum amount if poss).

I do my shopping at aldi, not tescos (which is the shop Ive only heard WW students talk abt), and go the gym frequently, but I'm used to a long walk to it, so the accom being as close as poss to the gym isnt a necessity for me.

any help would be great, thanks!

1st year accom help

Hopefully doing MORSE this year, and Im gonna be applying for accommodation. Ive seen that all the en suites are 200 quid + each week, pushing 8 grand a year and because I'm entitles to the minimum maintenence (~5k/yr) I was considering putting shared bathrooms as my top choices.

Ive seen and heard that claycroft is a top choice here, and wanted some advice on this and others. Had mixed opinions on shared bathrooms tho, so unsure. Also I'd prefer doing food shops at Aldi instead of teacos (which is the only shop I've heard ww students talk about in terms of walking distance from accoms).

Any help would be great, thanks
