Three babies in two years!

First picture is 8 months post partum and second picture is one year post partum. I run a few times a week but mainly have changed my eating habits. I have way more energy and can play with my kids more comfortably, which is ultimately what matters to me.

I wish I would have taken a proper "before" photo but I just wasn't comfortable with that.

Also, I've erased some of my tattoos, which is why my thigh and arm look the way they do.

Three babies in two years!

I'm so proud of where I've come. I've had three babies in two years and in April 2026, I finally decided to take steps to get healthier by hiring an amazing dietician. I've always been active in the past but needed to get better with food. I weighed 144 lbs in April and I've been around 125 lbs for the last month or two. Prior to having kids, I was the same weight but a little more muscular. Wherever you are on your journey, you can do it. ❤️

I'm 5 foot 1 and currently just run 5k 3-4 times a week. I will eventually add strength training once my kids are a bit older and have a more consistent schedule. For eating, I generally follow what's called the "healthy plate model" so half of my plate is vegetables and I have a palm sized amount of carbs and protein. I do have healthy snacks between my meals so I eat about 6x a day. I don't do any tracking but my dietician did an assessment and I eat about 2000 calories a day.
