Hi! I have been saving my amex miles for my trip to Europe for years so we can go business class and enjoy. I found two one way flights to get me there and back at 221,000 miles each way for both of us. When I try to click through to book it, it gives me an error and says I have to call. When I call they say they dont see it. I have cleared my cache and tired incognito. They just say to keep trying. I have screenshotted everything and the same information keeps showing as available for 3 days in a row.
