Has anyone found cream viable as a trt treatment?

I’ve been pinning 100 mg pw but finding the ritual a bit awful and not in line with my vibe.

I am struggling with what I think is fundamentally a spiritual concern.

I am with someone who is a heavy drinker. But am sober and have been so for 15 years.

I find myself judging my partner and thinking negatively of them when they drink. I know drinking is something people do but my partner becomes very different when drunk.

I was also adopted and my birth mother was an alcoholic so i feel there is stuff there that was baked into my dna.

How do folks bring compassion to these types of dynamics?
