I'm asking here because I don't really know where else to ask. I flew from KLIA2 to KIX with AirAsia this morning and realized I had lost my wallet. I contacted lost and found immediately and have confirmed that they do have my wallet. They told me to contact AirAsia delivery which I did but hasn't gotten any reply yet. Has anyone been in a similar situation? I plan to phone AirAsia directly but I would also like to know other options if this didn't work out. I don't know anyone in malaysia so I cannot ask to pick it up for me. Are there any trusted reliable item retrieval/delivery services? I was only visiting so it's hard for me to go get it back personally as well.
