How to take this plug off without damaging it???
Underneath it is a 11.1 v battery, and this thing is expensive. I want to disconnect and then connect the battery to try to fix it.

From one problem to the next.
when i charge the buwizz, it shows that it is full. when i press the button, it turns on as normal(while it is plugged). however, when i unplug it, it turns off and doesn’t turn on if i tried. (Now for the video) when i fixed that issue, it started to turn on but it would turn off again immediately.
