Leaving for bmq soon, does anyone have any tips and recommendations that might make my life a little easier for the next 9 weeks?

Hi, I’m leaving for bmq in 5 days on the 13th, I read that I should be able to run 5km in 30 minutes or less but I can only run it in 35-40 minutes, will I be ok in that aspect? ANY other tips is also appreciated
