I always wondered why on the Sunday strips (the long colourful ones) why the first couple of squares would usually be their own mini joke/scene, rather than launching straight into the main story/joke.
I hope that makes sense! I'm not describing it very well.

My boy ripped his leg open chasing a squirrel 🐿️ six months ago.
To begin with the scar was a very light pink and really wasn't too noticeable, but as it has strengthened it has got darker and I feel bad for him every time I see it 🙈
Has anyone had one with a scar like this? Any advice? Will it soften? I doubt any hair will grow.
Just feeling really bad about it happening on my watch 😔
