The goal was simple: Create a self-improvement app that actually makes you want to come back every day.
Minimal design. Powerful structure. Clear progress.
An experience built for people serious about becoming better.

I wanted something that tracked my data the way a fitness app does. Mood over time. Meditation streaks. Sleep hours. Energy levels. All in one place, with actual progress visuals.
So I built it.
It's called Be Delusional. The idea is simple: mental health and physical performance aren't separate things. The app combines guided meditation, mood tracking, journaling, habit streaks, workout logging, and a daily check-in that generates an Alpha Score - one number that tells you how you actually showed up that day.
There's also a community feed and a challenge duel system where you can go head-to-head with someone on a 7, 14, or 30-day challenge and earn XP.
The UI is full dark mode with glassmorphism and bold gradients. No soft pastels. It's built for people who want to see their mental and physical data in one place and actually compete with themselves.
352 people visited in the last 30 days. A small group of early users is already logging daily check-ins, running duels, and hitting meditation streaks.
Still early. But the people using it are the exact type I built it for - grinders who track everything.
Would love honest feedback from anyone here who's tried to build a consistent meditation or journaling habit and found existing apps too passive.
Building the greatest app for everyone who is obsessed in self improvement. You’re going to love it.
