I have what I think is a rose painted calathea, and it gets new leaves every so often, but I have never seen this.

Also how do it prevent the leaves from browning at the very edges? I mist it, and water it 2x a week lightly, even when I do more it seems to not like it.

Any help would be appreciated!!
