I don't even know openings

I am 23M Completed my btech in electrical engineering, didn't knew much about what to do but had a decent cgpa in electrical branch so decided to go to core electrical, thought of taking a job from campus but got a job at a construction based company, didn't get the sector i wanted ,they make us work for 11-12 hours a day and i don't get much time for myself

,i tried making contact with my manager to give into different sectors but i dont see it happening anytime soon

The job have nothing to do with my electrical knowledge

I can't leave the job as i have to send money to help my family

I thought about leaving this field,as i my job is in a village area with some time no electricity even,and whichever different sector i may take i have to stay in village area

Should i change my life and go onto data science giving 1 year to it and prepare data science along with job ?

Do company accepts such students who don't have experience and go in this way ?

Without internships and hackathon would company accept me?
