oh my goodness. I have been on compounded tirzepatide for 2-3 months. I have lost my goal of 10-15 lbs as it is helping me with insulin resistance. What I was not remotely prepared for was this awful traumatic experience of constipation which I had no clue how bad it was even possible to get. I noticed not going as often but I just thought it was the less food. I feel really dumb after the fact. Do whatever you need to to make sure you are going regularly bc you may also not realize how bad it got until way later than you should have. Be warned! Ironically I am like a week behind on my weekly injection this week, go figure.
