Sick day 3/4 with tirzepetide

Im working with a NP, compounded microdose zero additives of .5, I have intense health anxiety along with endometriosis. First 2 days I had mild nausea, but the anxiety relief was amazing. I was initially annoyed thinking I started too low. Well that was wrong. Day 3 comes and by mid afternoon I begin feeling more nauseous, by midnight I’m vomiting. I don’t know if it’s because I had too many foods with liquids or what
. But I was shocked it took 3 days to hit me. Ive loved the anxiety support but idk if I could handle this again. Not sure what others have experienced?

So, I just did my 1st refill order with Pom

So, after reading all of the comments about the service and how things are being handled currently with Pom Health, I took a chance and went for a refill order. Boy, oh boy! It most definitely was not a smooth process at all. My first order, placed in April, was very smooth and very prompt in terms of just getting help with making sure I had not only the tirz, but also the longevity medicine that I’ve been using as well. Let’s just say it was a cluster-$*#%

Honestly, I am not happy with how things went. I wound up having to book 2 separate Telehealth asynchronous appointments, which caused me to have to pay two different upfront charges. I needed a total of three medication’s. Then, after going back-and-forth, when I did receive invoicing for the longevity meds, once the invoices were sent out for me to pay, they did not even deduct the pre-payment. There’s just gotta be a better way! I should not have to book separate appointments, then call customer service and ensure that I’m able to get both meds on the second appointment. And then to not include the prepayment? Now you’re delaying me and I can’t make payment on the third medication! I really do not want to receive three separate shipments!

This is crazy! I was not even given the opportunity to do an in person appointment. I don’t know what I’m going to do moving forward, but this was very unorganized and for all the money I’m putting up, I expect better service overall.

Let’s just say, I really hope that by the time I’m ready for my next round of refills, Pom Health has their stuff together, and I will see people post positivity about this company. Otherwise, I would rather pay more. I would rather pay more and have everything ordered on one order, and not have to worry about all of this going back-and-forth. Horrible.

Who has ordered NAD+ from Pom/Hallendale?

Hello, I hope all is well with everybody today!

So recently, I added onto my Regimen, ordering NAD+ three month supply, from Pom - Hallandale Pharmacy. Automatically they have me for asynchronous appointment so I was not able to speak to a clinician. I am so curious to know if this schedule they gave me is going to be a daily injection, or if it’s once a week.

I really wish they would’ve provided clear instructions or specific information on the dosing, I am so confused. Based on what I’ve seen, it shows people are typically injecting 2 to 3 times a week if not daily. So I’m thoroughly confused.

If you have had an experience with ordering NAD+ for the first time, please let me know how it went for you and how much liquid was actually provided. I know they tend to do overfill, and I am curious if there would be enough for me to do a 2 to 3 weekly injection.

I sincerely appreciate any feedback! TYSM in advance.

Cheapest Way to Get Tirzepatide Without Insurance

The title basically says it all. What is the cheapest way to get tirzepatide online without insurance? I was on Mounjaro for two years but switched jobs and my new insurance doesn't cover it so now I need to find an online solution.

I've checked out 3-4 providers now but keep finding hidden membership fees, price increases per dose, and poor customer service reviews.

On top of this, I went with one provider but was stuck waiting for over 10 days because of pharmacy issues.

Any and all advice is much appreciated!

Feeling frustrated

Started on tirz/b6 at the beginning of May. Just did my last injection of 5mg. I keep losing and gaining the same lbs. It's been 8 weeks and I've lost 7 lbs, or at least I did, but it keeps jumping around. I know I shouldn't expect a linear progress but this is simply making me feel defeated. I keep reading about these huge losses in a month and wonder what's wrong with me? I eat carefully, work on protein, water, lift weights and/or bike or walk at least 3x a week. Has anyone had such slow progress with the two steps forward, three back kind of thing? And do I hope that maybe 7.5mg might be more rewarding?? I do feel the food noise suppression but I think me and my flab are just really good friends at this point and don't want to part! 😝

Which one is best? Need some advice!

I have a relative who is currently choosing between options, and I wanted to see if you all had opinions. What do you actually pay? Does it include the medication? Are they easy to work with? What are the key pros and cons?

She is deciding between:

  • Peak Wellness
  • Hers
  • Henry Meds
  • IvĂm Health
  • Join Fridays
  • Ro

Edit: I read through a few posts but still saw some uncertainties, especially with Pomegranate. Also, I will tell her to avoid Mochi at all costs! Thanks for the warning! ❀

Am I feeling this right with Tirzepatide?

I have been on 2.5mg of Tirzepatide for a little over 2 months. I have lost 9lbs, which I’m happy with. I want to lose it slow. I don’t really feel nauseated until I eat more than I should. I’m curious if this is a normal part of this journey. I do have appetite suppression, but not super strong.

Pool Day

I get SO sick if I swim within a window after taking my shot.

I’m really stumped on this one and am wondering if anyone else has this issue. I notice it primarily if I swim within 48 hours of taking my shot, but heavy cardio will do it too. I injected on Sunday morning and I went swimming for 45 min without the kids last night so I thought I’d be okay. I woke up this morning and was shaking, panic attack style and vomiting. Very GLP-1 sickness. I don’t ever get sick like that anymore unless I do this type of activity. I’ve been on it for 14 months now.

I inject in my upper thigh, almost exclusively to avoid side effects and it’s served me well. I’m at 10 right now, and down a total of 50 lbs with 10 more to go.

New User of Tirz

I purchased a 12 week program of Tirz from Fifty 410

My script was filled by Quaker Community Pharmacy. The entire 12 week amount of meds was put into one vial. The vial says discard after 28 days. Fifty 410 says that as long as I use new needles each week, and no one else pulls from the vial, the 28 day discard directive does not apply to me. At first I was alarmed and I would much rather that my script had been in 3 separate monthly vials. I do understand one user, new needles, no contamination but does freshnessa matter? I'd love to know how others feel about this. Thank you.
