Microdosing Online Provider Suggestions
I’m looking for good online providers to get micro-dosed tirzepatide. My current provider supplies 17mg every month that I pay $189/mo for. My dose is only 2mg/week and I have to throw the remainder away. Feels like I’m wasting almost $100. Please share good experiences here!! Note that I am not overweight, so some I do not qualify for. I use it to control my hypoglycemia.

BUD date question
If a BPI vial has a BUD of October 4th, when do you really think it’s safe to use until? Thanks for advice!

Did I miss the BPI sale?
I just tried a vial of BPI and wanted to see how I responded before ordering more. Did I miss the boat on this sale? It likes like 249/2 months now :(
Alt Rx review: Switched prescription and fraudulent charges
I sent a request for a doctors evaluation on July 7 and was asked for which prescription I was requesting. I was suggested and selected tirzepatide which was $149/month. I was charged this amount. I didn’t receive any confirmation email but called their number and confirmed I paid for tirzepatide and was told they were having issues with their server and should receive an email shortly. I was shipped an injection and double checked my account before taking it and my account stated I was on the tirzeptide plan.
Aug 3 I called and spoke with a representative that confirmed system issues and said I would be getting emails starting that day. They also told me that I paid for tirzepatide, and was signed up for tirzepatide but I was sent semaglutide. I was told a supervisor would call me back. I called 2 days later where a 3rd person confirmed system issues and that I should get emails now, as I still wasn’t receiving them. They also confirmed I paid for tirzepatide, said I was charged $89, the correct amount for semaglutide, for my 2nd charge and that it was on its way. I put in another request for a supervisor. I tried to screenshot my account and while my screen still said I was on the tirzepatide plan the prescription had been changed to reflect what they had actually shipped - semaglutide.
I spoke with the supervisor, Kaylie, on August 7th who also confirmed that I was charged for tirzepatide in July but was shipped Semaglutide instead. She told me that I would be refunded that $149 because I was given the wrong order, told that I should throw out the semaglutide order that was already shipped, and that my next order would be free of charge. Instead I was charged an additional $149 and there was no effort to refund the original order made in July.
I reached out today and the customer service agent said there was no record of my account, and in text they told me they meant I would be refunded $89. Even without the refunds and free shipment Kaylie promised, the charges they show on my account do not align with what I was actually charged. Based on their records I should have been charged $238 in total but $298 was taken from my account.
I filed a complaint with my bank, thebbb, and the ftc
I ordered from NextMeds. No where in the ad did it say the max dose was 11.1.
I got the same of $80/ for life . I've been on Tirzepatide for scream months and asked for the max dose and the prescrber said 11.1 is their max dose.
I should have done the math. 11.1 @ 80/month =15 @ 125/month... Which is exactly the same price as the other provider. I thought I was saving money but apparently not.
The prescriber said that it was the max for this program.. So, they seem to have "programs" for whatever price/dose and just adjust to it's profitable?
Has anyone else had this happen?
NextMeds, AltRx, Trinity... They all are the same Co, or so I've been told.
Nexaph order, Do I NEED third party testing besides what they provide
So I ordered tirz from nexaph and I’ve been trying to do a lot of research. Currently I’m kinda stuck because nexaph provides their testing from janoshik and I can get the COA from the janoshik website too, but the vials they gave me are unlabeled vials which I’m not figuring out are comment and the test come back from April and we are now in march. Do I actually need third party testing because I would prefer to keep my 400 dollars just to test. I’ve been trying to look at local places around me but to no avail. Should I also send my bacteriostatic water for testing to I got it from bacteriostaticwater com
I have my packages so now I’m just waiting to use it or send it back out if I have to
Tirzepatide with B12
Where can I get Tirzepatide with B12? I’ve never had it with B12, so I want to try it.
Contemplating taking tirzepatide but too scared
Hi everyone!! I am a 32F and have gained almost 30 lbs back over the course of the year. I was raw vegan last year after dealing with severe constipation from smoking cessation (weed and cigarettes) The weight fell off me just like that🫰🏽but fell off routine after sold house with fiance and had to move in with friends and family until we found our new house. Started smoking again as well (weed and cigarettes). So fastforward to now, I’ve gained back most of the weight I’ve lost from being on restrictive diet. My self esteem is at an all time low. It’s hot AF outside but I’m stuck wearing baggy clothes and hoodies to hide my weight gain. I impulsively found a provider that sells glp1 shots and surprisingly got approved. Told my doc, said I can take them if I want but he doesn’t think I need them. So, I have shots that I haven’t used and I’m contemplating on taking them bc I just feel so out of control. But my fiancé and sister (who is super close to me) don’t think I need it and are adamant that they believe I can lose the weight myself. I also have occasional GERD/acid reflux flare ups so that’s another reason why I’m ambivalent. I just need opinions and advice right now. I’m so tired and feeling uncomfortable in my own skin. It’s spilling into every aspect of my life: work, sex life with fiance, avoiding seeing friends and family I haven’t seen in a long time for fear of judgment. Please go easy on me, I’m in a very fragile state of mind.
I've been using compound semi-glutide for about 18 months. My weight stalled in January and now is starting to go up. My PCP wrote a prescription for tirzapetide, but despite having sleep apnea &high blood pressure, my insurance of course denied coverage. I've been looking at many of the online prog
reddit.comGas and bloating
I have been on compounded tirzepatide since March 2026, I have been on 6.75 mg for the last 4 injection 2 weeks ago I started having terrible bloating and gas with everything I eat no matter what it is or how small, my stomach is so full with gas its painful, sometimes gasx helps but most of the time it does not. I skipped my dose last Sunday to see if I can get relief by getting some increase in digestion, it helped some but not much. Any advice on what next, should I go back to taking my dose maybe lower? Should I skip another week? Did anyone get relief using digestive enzymes or anything else?
side effect
oh my goodness. I have been on compounded tirzepatide for 2-3 months. I have lost my goal of 10-15 lbs as it is helping me with insulin resistance. What I was not remotely prepared for was this awful traumatic experience of constipation which I had no clue how bad it was even possible to get. I noticed not going as often but I just thought it was the less food. I feel really dumb after the fact. Do whatever you need to to make sure you are going regularly bc you may also not realize how bad it got until way later than you should have. Be warned! Ironically I am like a week behind on my weekly injection this week, go figure.
Power out hurricane LaLa
I’m in Hawaii the west side of Oahu and we are currently getting slammed from hurricane 🌀 Lala. We lost power from 9:30pm last night.
I have 3 bottles of triz in the fridge that is now staring to get warm. I since took it from the fridge and placed it in a 36oz hydro flask. Filled it with the ice I had from my freezer being its starting to melt. How long can I keep it that way before it’s bad. I know the ice is not going to last forever. Is the hydro flask gonna be good enough, how long can it be warm, just don’t see the power coming on Anytime soon 🥺
170’s Finally
I started off at 255 and lost down to 229.8 with keto before I started my tirz journey. Fast forward 9 months, I’ve lost 50 more lbs and finally getting into the 170’s. Tirz has completely changed my life. I haven’t seen the 170’s in YEARS.
For anyone just starting out, I was a slow responder and it took me longer to lose the 50 lbs. Stick with it and don’t get discouraged. You will hear people losing weight fast and you will hear others like me that it takes longer. All our bodies are different. It’s your journey so enjoy and lose at your own pace.
Pharmacy list for tirzepatide?
I’m new and exploring tirzepatide. I think my doctor will prescribe it but I need a pharmacy, preferably a 503B, to fill my prescription. I see you have a nice list of telehealth providers. Do you have a similar list of pharmacies?
Fifty410
I did quite a bit of research before ordering through Fifty410 even the doctor prescribing the medication, and wanted to share my experience for anyone else looking into compounded tirzepatide.
Fifty410 was very responsive to all of my questions and provided information about the pharmacy, formulation, ingredients, dosing, BUD, API sourcing, and testing.
I chose their Hallandale Pharmacy option, which is a 503A compounding pharmacy. I liked knowing exactly which pharmacy would be filling my prescription before placing my order. The tirzepatide I received is a no-additives formulation.
The medication was also shipped overnight, which I appreciated since it is temperature-sensitive.
After receiving my medication, I contacted Hallandale directly and requested the lot-specific COA, sterility testing, and bacterial endotoxin testing for the actual lot I received. These weren’t automatically provided, but Hallandale sent them to me when I requested them. My lot tested at 101.5% potency, the sterility testing showed no evidence of growth, and the bacterial endotoxin testing passed.
I also researched Hallandale’s regulatory history and their API supplier and compared several other 503A and 503B pharmacies before deciding. I did find FDA inspection/enforcement history involving Hallandale and its API supplier, so I think that’s something anyone considering compounded medication should be aware of and research for themselves. That was also one of the reasons I wanted to obtain the actual testing documentation for my specific lot rather than relying only on general statements that the medication was tested.
Another thing worth knowing is that the Hallandale program I received uses twice-weekly split dosing, rather than the once-weekly schedule used with Zepbound. I specifically asked about this and was told their clinical team recommends split dosing to help maintain steadier medication levels and potentially improve tolerability.
Overall, my biggest concern was transparency and knowing exactly what I would be injecting and where it came from. I asked a lot of questions before ordering, researched the doctors, pharmacy and API supplier independently, and then verified the testing for the actual lot I received. So far, Fifty410 and Hallandale have both been responsive, and I’ve been able to obtain the information and documentation I was looking for.
Obviously, compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved, so everyone should do their own research and discuss their individual situation with their healthcare provider. This is just my experience and what I learned while researching my options.
Before my first dose advice
I am 45. Perimenopausal. On HRT. Have PCOS but without insulin resistance. I do not have high blood sugar. I do not have a gallbladder. And I’m obese. I’m tired of being fat. I’d like ONE picture of me before I die that I’m not ashamed of. So I decided to take the risk and order compounded tirzepatide. I ordered from a licensed pharmacy and was prescribed by a virtual doctor. I personally know people who have ordered from this provider and they’ve been successful. I can’t afford the “good” stuff and my insurance won’t pay for it. It was delivered today.
Honestly, I’m terrified. I read the posts where people list all the potential terrible side effects like blindness, colostomy bags, etc. My husband was very vocal about not wanting me to do it due to those side effects. I decided not to tell him. I’ve never lied to that sweet man who has never made me feel anything less than beautiful. But I own a mirror and quite frankly, the man is delusional. So I hid the vials in a baking soda box in the fridge. I really hope he doesn’t decide for the very first time in his life to clean out the fridge. I did tell my two best friends so if it kills me they can give the medical examiner a place to start. I also told them where I hid it, so the vials could be tested if something happens.
I’ve never been a risk taker. My mind has always played out every possible scenario prior to me making a decision and I always make the safe choice. So this is very out of character for me. I just don’t want to be very fat anymore. I don’t want to be skinny. Just less fat. One picture. I know that’s stupid.
I’m hoping if you’ve read this far, you will please give me some advice.
What day of the week do you take your shot to minimize the impact of potential side effects to your work life? I’m a kindergarten teacher. I don’t want to be scaring them if I’m running to the bathroom throwing up. They’ll hear me. The bathroom is in our classroom. They also deserve an engaged teacher who doesn’t feel bad all the time from a medicine she chose to take. What day would you suggest I take it? Unfortunately, I was unable to have kids so I do not have someone at home at night or the weekend depending on me for everything. Just my husband and two very spoiled dogs. If that makes a difference in when I take it (work interference vs home interference. I would prefer home for the benefit of my little kinders).
How many of you split doses to minimize side effects? Do you still see results? What days do you do the split doses? I’m not necessarily interested in fast weight loss, I’d be okay with slow and steady especially if it helps not have so much loose skin. My hope is 75 pounds. I’d be very happy with that as that was my college weight and I was about a size 10, occasionally an 8 or a 12 depending on the brand.
What time do you recommend doing the shot(s)? Is there a difference between AM/PM? Then more specifically, is it better to take before a meal? After a meal?
What other advice do you have for minimizing side effects? I’ve read vitamins and protein help. What specifically worked for you? This is what I’ve come up with based on six months worth of researching about these shots:
*In an attempt to be proactive rather than reactive, I did ask for and received a prescription of Zofran (generic) with my delivery. I wish it had been the dissolving kind versus the pill but it is what it is.
*I started drinking Ensure yesterday with 30 grams of protein per bottle. I was planning to drink one for breakfast and one for lunch. They have a pretty good random vitamin and mineral assortment.
*I bought yogurts with 20 grams of protein and protein granola to supplement the breakfast shake. I usually eat between 6:30-7 am.
*I rarely have time to eat at all at work because in my 25 minute lunch time after getting 25 kids through the line, sat down and helping open everything in their lunchboxes and on their trays, it’s time to leave. Eating in our classrooms is frowned upon. That’s why I thought of the shakes. I could maybe choke down a yogurt real fast in the cafeteria if absolutely necessary. We go to lunch at 10:20. Yes, 10:20.
*At dinner I’m at a loss because honestly I’m picky. My husband is shockingly way more picky so we rarely eat the same thing.
*I plan to order fiber supplements if anyone has any suggestions.
*I know I need to stay super hydrated.
*I have collagen powder. Is this helpful?
*I was going to order hair skin and nails vitamins as a preemptive strike against hair loss. Helpful?
*Due to taking 200 mg daily Spironolactone for PCOS symptoms, I do have to limit my potassium and magnesium intake as it is a potassium sparing drug which also makes me hold on to magnesium. My hope is that I can lose weight and it makes my PCOS symptoms subside and I can go off the Spironolactone or at least reduce it significantly. Yes, I am aware it is now called PMOS but I used PCOS for those who may not know. Please don’t yell at me about that.
*Any other suggestions? If I can lose weight, has anyone else found a way to mitigate loose skin? I know I’m old and my skin has been stretched but I cannot afford skin removal surgery on my salary. I’m hoping increasing protein, collagen and some light to moderate weight lifting may help. Any advice on that?
Thank you to anyone who read this far. I know it’s a lot. I know it’s my fault that I’m in this situation and needing to take such drastic measures. I am not oblivious to that.
Please don’t be mean to me. I’m just scared and hoping for some kind people to give some advice. As I mentioned above, I am the furthest thing from a risk taker and it’s hard for me to do this. But if I am going to jump off a cliff for the first time, I want to still be safe about it and be well informed. I just thought people that have taken it and lived to tell the tale might make it a little less scary.
Thank you.
Apartment complex delivery
Hey all, I just placed an order from preventive MD for the first time (had previously been getting tirz from Trava but preventive MD prices were much better). My package was delivered today but to my apartment complex leasing office. I got home from work after they closed, which means I can’t pick it up until tomorrow and my meds are going to sit unrefrigerated overnight. I think it will be fine and I know it’s on ice, but of course I’d prefer it to go to my door so I can get it in the fridge.
When I previously ordered tirz through Trava, it always came to my doorstep, even in the same apartment complex. I think it was shipped by FedEx. This new order was shipped by UPS. I also want to maintain the privacy of my medication with my apartment complex so don’t really want to go into detail with them about the situation. Also anxious about them saying something about it when I go to pick it up or asking what it is.
Going forward, is there anything I can do to request a doorstep delivery since it is a cold package? Thanks in advance for any help.
