Compact carry bag for Airsense 11

Hello! Does anyone know of a more compact bag for the Airsense 11 than the one it comes with? I’ve seen cpap backpacks and similar but they are not suitable for what I need. I just would like one that’s not so wide. Perhaps one that you can stack the things on top of each other in layers rather than side by side. I haven’t had much success looking online and seems like something that could be useful for many people. Thank you for your help!

Thoughts on data - injection site

Hi everyone. Curious to know your thoughts…..just looking at the info on my weight loss in different injection sites. It seems that I’m getting better results in the upper belly sites rather than the lower. Confidence or do you think I should just rotate between the upper areas? Thanks for your thoughts.

(Going into week 24/month 6 with 35lb loss. 42M. Starting weight 274lb. Current weight 239lb)

Does anyone know what this may be?

Hello, does anyone have any ideas why sometimes I get red circles on my shoulders. No itching or pain of any kind. Thank you!

Advice needed

Would really appreciate any advice….been using cpap for 4 months. On paper I’m having great results I think. But feel exhausted. Never felt tired at all before I was diagnosed. I fall asleep fine but I wake up usually 7-10 times a night and pee 2 or three times. Experiments with EPR and found level 2 is comfortable (I got too many Centrals with level 3). Ramp is switched off which I also found more comfortable. Not sure what to do - trying to get an appointment with sleep doctor but it’s not easy. Any advice or observations from the data I’ve linked are really appreciated!

Struggling with Bleep eclipse mask

Just looking for any advice from Bleep eclipse mask users. I heard so many great things about this mask and really wanted to love it. But I have found it so uncorked - it feels like it’s really pulling my nose. I’ve tried with and without hose hanger etc. has anyone experienced similar and found a solution? Thanks for your help

Apple Watch labelling sleep stage as “sleep”

Hi everyone. Thanks for your help in advance. Does anyone know what’s going on here with large chunks of sleep simply being labelled as “asleep” rather than attributed to one of the sleep stages? And how to prevent this happening going forward? Thank you!

looking of help

Hello. Im wondering if anyone can see anything that can be adjusted to help me? I have been using CPAP for a couple of months and feel more exhausted than ever. MY AHI was at 55 when i did the sleep study and the CPAP has made huge difference there but I'm waking up exhausted. I never felt tired before starting therapy (I was getting terrible headaches though) but now I am exhausted every day. If any of you are able to see anything obvious (or not obvious!) from my data id be really grateful Doctor is not being any help. I am using Airsense 11 - it took me quite a while to find a mask that was comfortable and for three weeks I have been using F&P solo cushion which I am managing to keep on and find the most comfortable yet. Thanks so much for any advice and help!

Titrating up on new brand

Hello. Next weeks shot is my first on 7.5mg after 10 weeks on 5mg. I’m pretty certain it’s time to go up as I have not had any weight change in 6 of those weeks with some food noise back etc. I have now used the last of my ProRX and so the next shot is my first time using Hallandale. Would it be risky to take my first shot on the higher dose also being the first shot with the new brand? Has anyone experienced this kind of thing before? Thank you!

Confused….

I didn’t sleep with my ring on last night as it was charging in the case but it’s still reporting sleep apnea results. Making me questions data from when I do have it on as it often says 2.5 AHI. Does anyone have any insight to this? Thank you!

Hello. I’d be so grateful if someone can interpret this for me. I’ve been asking chat GPT for the last few nights and it’s been helpful but I’d love a real person to confirm what they are seeing. Thanks so much! Ive been using CPAP for about 2 months. Initial AHI from sleep test was 54. It’s not been easy as I’m sure many of you can relate to. But finally found a mask that feels more manageable. I do feel like I never get any deep sleep although data says otherwise and feeling more tired on CPAP than before I was diagnosed. I never really felt tired before. But was getting terrible headaches which is what prompted the sleep test. I’m assuming the tiredness is because I wake up a lot. Chat GPT says i have the OSA under control with these pressure settings but I also have central apneas and I’m not sure if that’s something I need to be concerned with. Thanks so much for your help! This is all the data last night from Oscar and my sleep stages from MyAir.

Hi! Is it possible to put the nasal cushion from F&P solo onto the micro nova frame? I’m getting mixed answers online. Thanks!

Hello. Thanks in advance for your advice. Relatively new to CPAP and I think we now have my pressure settings working well. But I’m just always exhausted because I’m not getting much sleep due to mask comfort. I find it hard having something on my face. Tried so so many masks and spent far too much money on them: full mask, nasal masks, nasal pillows and cushions. I do like the F&P nova micro. It’s the most minimalist I have been able to find. But is there is a similar mask that’s cushion style rather than nasal pillows? I find cushion most comfortable but the Phillips dreamwear and Resmed airtouch are very bulky around the face. So if there was a F&P nova micro style I think that could work well for me. Really appreciate your advice! The descriptions on the websites are confusing so wanted to ask here before spending more money. Thank you!
