Where can I get Tirzepatide with B12? I’ve never had it with B12, so I want to try it.

If you are in maintenance, how long have you been in maintenance and what’s your dose? I’ll go first. I’ve been in maintenance since July of last year and I’ve been on 5 mg’s weekly. My weight since I’ve been in maintenance has fluctuated between 136lbs and 139lbs. My goal weight was 140lbs.

So, I’ve been Tirzepatide since April 2025 and I’ve only used Brello/Southend the entire time. I finally ran out of the Southend meds, so I started my BPI.

I was worried I would experience side effects, which I didn’t have any with Southend except a welt and itching at the injection site for a few days. So far I haven’t experienced that with BPI, which makes me even more sad that it’s going away because I like how I feel.

Oh well, I just wanted to share my experience with finally trying a different pharmacy.
