I have been on compounded tirzepatide since March 2026, I have been on 6.75 mg for the last 4 injection 2 weeks ago I started having terrible bloating and gas with everything I eat no matter what it is or how small, my stomach is so full with gas its painful, sometimes gasx helps but most of the time it does not. I skipped my dose last Sunday to see if I can get relief by getting some increase in digestion, it helped some but not much. Any advice on what next, should I go back to taking my dose maybe lower? Should I skip another week? Did anyone get relief using digestive enzymes or anything else?
