I got the same of $80/ for life ​​. I've been on Tirzepatide for scream months and asked for the max dose and the prescrber said 11.1 is their max dose.

I should have done the math. 11.1 @ 80/month =15 @ 125/month... Which is exactly the same price as the other provider. I thought I was saving money but apparently not.

The prescriber ​​said that it was the max for this program.. So, they seem to have "programs"​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ for whatever ​price/dose and just adjust to it's ​​​​​​profitable​​​​?

Has anyone else ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​had this happen?

Context: Longtime player, first time using controller.

I don't want to start any wars... but... I have been watching a video by Filmire and he has a pretty nice looking set up. I tried setting up per the images, but it's missing a lot (or I'm an idiot). I tried using the share code, but it is not only missing stuff, but messes up some of the controls I set that I prefer.

What I need is a map to follow. What skills do I put where. I have searched but can't find a good one, and I am frustrated. I have been at this since yesterday.

Lastly, I am a casual player. I raid, but never do the savage until I can go unsynced wit a friend for mount hunting. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
