i am asking this as there are 80-90% negatives about every project/builder.Is this genuine feedbacks or just CP criticism for their competitors?

Going ahead with Regentpark for buying my flat.

1.Please give genuine feedback regarding builder,location, apperication pov, self use pov,

there is a road widening clause there hoping approach road would be widened.

If you have submitted EOI for Godrej regent park, sarjapur, Please ping/comment

Would like to know your opinions about the same?Also looking for people to collab and do a legality check

Primarily two options i am looking for i.e.

1. Godrej Parkshire, Hoskote

2. Godrej Regent Park,Sarjapur

Godrej Parkshire Pros:-

• Connectivity with whitefield
• Connectivity with STRR

Cons:-

• Flat size for 2 bhk is 1070
• The enitre road dont have any project going from A cat builders

Godrej Regent Park

Pros:-

• Price is good around 10500 per sq ft as EOI expected as 9500
• Near to sarjapur
• Flat size is good i.e. 1240 for 2 bhk
• Lot of develpoment near by

Cons

• Approach road to project
• Is sarjapur good investment wise? prestige city is near by almost 3-4 kms
• Metro not sure can come even by 2033

i am looking for 2 bhk ready to move-in.Any good location works for me

is it a good investment specially in Godrej eternity,

i am getting around 1-1.2 cr for 2 bhk,

what could be price for this in 5 years?Need homest suggestions
