I'm a first time mom and am planning on using a midwifery program at a hospital in my town. It will be in a hospital, but with medically trained midwives.

My plan is to have a natural birth without an epidural.

Does anyone have any book/resource recommendations? I want to prepare for labor as best as I can.

I'm 9 weeks pregnant so I have plenty of time. Any tips or pointers appreciated!
