Game style/info: I'm dming a ttrpg game called Into The Midnight Pale aka ITMP, a dark folk horror game set in a cold world full of strange rituals, brutal hunts and things hiding deep in the woods.
The system is fairly easy to pick up if you've played other ttrpgs before, though the game focuses much more heavily on roleplay, hunting, survival and resource management than traditional dungeon crawling, in terms of crunch this is definitely on the smoother end of things, do keep that in mind if that's not for you.
Players take the role of hunters, witches, travelers and zealots trying to survive in a world ruled by superstition and fear. Hunting creatures is a major part of the game, with players tracking, killing, processing and preserving creatures for resources, rituals and magic.
The game is also still heavily work in progress, so while playable do expect systems to be adjusted, reworked or expanded as we play. Feedback is always welcome and players willing to put up with developmental hiccups would be appreciated.
The tone will mostly be serious and atmospheric with some lighter moments here and there between characters. This is an 18+ game so expect adult themes including gore, body horror, violence and occult themes.
