is it normal that my parent plus loan hasnt been registered in my catalyst or financial aid? when i go to my fafsa it says that loan was approved and now its up to the school but i havent received any changes in my billing amount. i was thinking maybe it might also be in part with the fact that my last to do item on catalyst was my immunizations, but i just wanted to know if anyone else was having this problem. is OBBA also part of my problem and will i face any penalties if i dont pay my bill in time?
