Cancer or callous?

Hey guys, back with another diagnostic question. This is my white English lab, he has multiple callouses/sores on his legs from laying on the ground and folding his paws. We’ve done many things to try and prevent them but living in the south the floor is sometimes the coolest place for him - want to add he has two couches he can lay on but his hard head still prefers the floor. This one on his front leg started to look a little odd to me. I was feeling it and it is somewhat squishy and has some clear to yellow ish tinged fluid leaking from it. He has no signs of pain or discomfort, he’s not licking it either. Could this just be it flared up a little and might be irritated or something I should bring him in for? For now, I’ve sprayed it with anti bacterial spray from the vet and put the bitter orange to prevent possible licking. Thanks for any advice or suggestions!
