We’re dealing with a familiar problem:
The copy in Figma says one thing, the live product says another, the content team has a different version, and localization adds another layer.
How does your team keep everything in sync? Where does your single source of truth live?
I’ve been looking into tools like Ditto and POEditor, but I’m more interested in what actually works in practice.
What does your workflow look like from writing to shipping?
I graduated with a degree in Management Information Systems, but due to family responsibilities, limited opportunities in my city, and later COVID, I couldn’t break into the field directly.
I started working remotely in translation and content writing. That eventually led me to UX Writing, where I built a career and gained solid experience.
Later, my manager noticed my MIS background and gradually involved me in more technical work, which eventually led to a System Administrator role.
Now my career path looks like this:
MIS → Translation → Content Writing → UX Writing → System Administration
To me, each step was a practical response to my circumstances and an opportunity to learn something new.
But I’m worried employers might see it differently.
If you were reviewing my resume, would this look like adaptability and growth, or a lack of direction?
