Check in and let us know where you are in your recovery/taper and let us know what tools and helper meds you used to get this far or to get off completely. I am leveled on 1mg. Going to .75 tomorrow. Was thinking about splitting the dose into .5 in the morning and .25 at night. Any suggestions out there? As always good luck to all who are doing their best to become the best version of themselves. Im 1 week into quitting. Ive only had one sub in the last week. Work was almost impossible this week. I need some words of wisdom. I refuse to lose this battle. Figured if this can help someone later it's worth posting. One love!
