These muscle relaxers have been my best friend!!

I’ve been using doctor prescribed muscle relaxers to sleep through the night during my taper and I have to say it really does help.

Idk how hard it will be to fall asleep on my own once I stop taking these but they are amazing, without these I’m sure I would be like a walking zombie right now!!

I wish everyone the best in their taper plan, I may have to take a little beak I just got a call my cousin died in a car accident last night 😔

We all just have to keep fighting and we will get there, I will never stop until I reach my goal!

Quitters never win so we have to stay strong!!!

I may need time to process this horrible news!!!

Starting to feel better and more balanced!!

I guess these just some of the phases I had to go thru but I’m starting to feel much better now.

I have to say once I’m fully done I will never put my body or mind through this ever again, I don’t care what I’m going through once this over I will never put another sub in my body!!!

I thought I’d be done with this taper months ago but it’s fine, any progress is better than no progress!!

I have a sticky note up that simply says “calm”, whenever I’m feeling anxious or sub induced anxiety or panic attacks I just look at the note and calm myself best I can.

Before the end of this year I will be updating here letting everyone know my long journey with subs is over, this for sure will be something I will never forget!!!

My sub journey is about over!!

I tapered down very low but still find it just cause difficult as when I first started if not more.

Someone told me they just went cold turkey at 2mg and after a month they feel fine, I’m about ready to just do that, this taper I mean I did it but stopping completely doesn’t seem any easier the lower you go.

I think it’s more of a mental thing honestly, but the taper seems to just prolong it.

It’s like tapering just prolong to suffering I can honestly say.
