I got diagnosed with Coeliac disease when I was 10 and really struggled accepting it throughout my teens. I'm now 26 and felt more content until recently. My husband and I now have the means to go on holidays abroad but I really struggle with eating and anxiety about being glutened. This is making me feel really down and like I have taken a major step backwards.

Has anyone found any gluten free/coeliac safe hotels in Europe that don't cost an arm and a leg to go to? We want a relaxing holiday by the beach/pool but I am struggling to find anywhere that states gluten free food is available.

Any advice or suggestions welcome, thank you!
