Like the title says, he doesn’t eat anything other than watermelon. I tried spoonfeeding and leaving a bowl of pangea in his tank, and he will only eat watermelon. What do I do? Should I feed him live crickets? I have freeze dried ones but heard they are not very nutritious.
Yesterday I made this terrarium using vivafoam and dirt. And it still smells so bad that I’m afraid to pit my crestie in it. Does anybody have this experience?
I recently adopted a crestie(1yrs) and I’m planning on putting him in a 30x30x60 (cm) enclosure. My concern is that some people recommend paper towels for babies but not others? What substrate should I use? Is coco husk okay? If not, what else? Is my tank size appropriate? And I’m not going bioactive yet if that’s a factor.
I live in South Korea so a lot of seasonal changes, but because of that, the window is double sealed and so are the walls. I will place a heat lamp in the winter but not in the summer. Will the sunlight cause any problems for my gecko? I do plan on blocking the backside of the terrarium with a wall and blacking out three sides. And can anybody recommend a reptile safe adhesive to use for sticking cork and stuff to the glass walls? Thanks!
