Hi Reddit! I’m Dr. Karl Kapp, a professor in the Instructional Design and Technology program at Commonwealth University. I've been in the field since Flash (LOL).
I’ve spent my career working in instructional design, learning technologies, gamification, emerging technologies, and, more recently, the rapidly changing world of AI and learning.
