Hey all,

Wondering if anyone is experiencing the same situation currently. I have been a long time user of Kucoin with many years of account history. Previously twice Kucoin has held my deposits but replied quickly (within 24h) and released my funds promptly. This time, it's been 55 hours and counting without reply with $18K in BTC stuck. I am in urgent need of my funds and have not had the courtesy of so much as a reply to my ticket. Ticket # is 10675416 if anyone can help. Many thanks
