As the title says I'm looking for some personal training recommendations in Stratford or surrounding areas.

And maybe why I am so indecisive? I always feel like I'm lost.

I purchased this vintage garnet ring a couple months ago, absolutely love it but I haven't worn it many times because it's a tad too small.

I was just wondering because of the design on the band if it could even be resized?
