Hey everyone,

​I’m applying for a Subclass 500 Student Visa from Pakistan (Assessment Level 3, so very high scrutiny right now).

For my financials, I am showing around $55k AUD + Tuition Fees, equivalent. The money is sitting in a Joint Bank Account held by both my Father and my Mother.

​My father is my official financial sponsor and has signed the standard Financial Support Affidavit pledging the funds for my studies.

​My education consultant says this is enough.​However, I am worried about the DHA's strict "Genuine Access" rules. Since my mother's name is on the account, does she legally need to sign a No Objection Certificate (NOC) or Consent Affidavit agreeing to let those joint funds be used for my education?
