I was reading through the first EX Volume, as I just got it, and I noticed something interesting here.
D mentions that “This skill once brought about an unbelievable upheaval in this world”. Which seems to mean that this skill isn’t unique, but has been acquired at least once before.
It’s probably insanely hard to get.

But if I had to guess, it may have been the first Ruler of Sloth who had it since I think they made the Elroe Labyrinth, and this skill could be how they did that. Though I could be misremembering there.

Just found the lore implications there interesting.
