Has anyone else had bad experiences with A-Premium?

This is the second steering rack I’ve bought through them for my 2003 Subaru legacy sedan that has had the high pressure line hole drilled differently so the lines won’t fit. I’ve even tried to see if pulling the shaft from the old one to the new would work but the gears on the shaft itself are a different style as well. Of course they don’t sell the lines for it or at least not that I can see of.

Part two of help with my 2003 legacy

I’m completely lost, I’ve replaced the steering rack with a brand new one specifically for this car, I’ve made sure all the lines were correct and clean, and I’ve made sure the pump still circulates fluid while the car is idling AND I’m still getting no power steering please give me any advice you can I hate to do it but I might have to sell her to a better home. And yes I did make sure I bled it properly, I even vacuum bled it.

My 2003 legacy

I changed my power steering rack with one from an 2003 outback that I know was good. After the swap I bled the rack but still don’t have any power steering. What could be my issue? Any help is appreciated!
