I left GM about a month ago now. Wondering what everyone that left GM for a new job did with their 401k. Did you roll it over into another Roth or IRA? Keep it in GMs RSP?

Trying to gauge the best recommendations and what others did before deciding to leave the money there or possibly pay another company up to 4.5% to transfer and manage the money.

I got a new job and my planned start date is 7/20. I haven’t told my team or my boss yet, also have 8 days of vacation or so left. Planning to use my vacation the week of 7/6 and put in my 2 weeks on the same day. Will they likely just walk me out if I don’t let them know where I’m going? Should I use vacation first then put in the 2 weeks?
