I went to OneStop in person today about my bold promise not being applied to my tuition and fees (before everything got shut down) yet they claimed it was applied? Even though I know it wasn’t applied because of the fact that it never covered my tuition and fees because I still had outstanding charges on my account. By my calculations, I should only have a little to pay due to my meal plan—which is why I’m also doing work study.

Should I contact Fiscal Services? OneStop said they could only give me a UTSA grant.
