Every time I get a reactivation over the last four years, I have just as much lightheadedness as fatigue. It’s not dizziness, as nothing is spinning, it’s this non painful intense “fullness” in my head, especially the front near the forehead. I had heard someone in a forum at some point describe it as their head feeling full of cotton and it was spot on. Does anyone else get this with their EBV?

I know there a specific lobe of the brain for that but sometimes things overlap. I’m wondering how many people with chiari and an extremely strong sense of smell. This doesn’t necessarily mean you are sensitive to smells- but means you seem to be always smelling things others can’t.
