Bulking gaining strength on a whole-food diet with limited red meat?

I am looking for some guidance on how to structure a clean bulking diet to gain strength and muscle in the gym. My main goal is to eat a high-quality, whole-foods diet. I want to completely avoid processed foods and focus heavily on fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. As for protein, I am planning to limit my meat intake to about 3 to 4 days a week, focusing strictly on high-quality, organic meat when I do eat it. Since fruits and vegetables are low in calories, and I will not be eating meat every day, I have two main questions. First, what are the best whole-food, non-meat sources I should include to consistently hit my protein goals for muscle growth? Second, how can I ensure I am eating enough calories to gain muscle without relying on processed foods? I would appreciate any advice from anyone who has experience building strength on a similar clean diet. Thank you for your help.
