What's your "safe" restaurant order that almost never gives you regrets?

I'm still trying to figure out which restaurant meals are the safest bet on GLP-1.

Some foods seem fine one day and terrible the next, so I'm curious what everyone keeps coming back to.

What's your go-to restaurant order that almost never gives you regrets?

What's one food you thought would be easy on GLP-1 but turned out to be a terrible idea?

I've been trying to figure out which foods are surprisingly good (or surprisingly awful) on GLP-1.

For me, eggs were the biggest surprise. I thought they'd be an easy, high-protein win, but they just didn't sit well with me.

Peanut butter was even worse. Before GLP-1 I loved it. Now the thought of it is enough to make me lose my appetite.

What food completely surprised you—for better or worse?

I'm always interested in hearing what other people have found because everyone seems to react so differently.
