Before statin I was down to LDL-C of 53, TG around 70. HDL in the 40s.
*lost 30 pounds

After statin
LDL-C 32-33

* Lost 45-50 lbs down to 176 lbs
* two hs-CRP tests now have come back 0.3
-low inflammation

the single origin Kirkland brand barely burns my throat . The Oro del Desierto makes my nose hurt from the sensation . I know the polyphenol count of the Oro del Desierto but I am thinking of retuning the Kirkland brand - bad EVOO negates the benefits of the good stuff. Any thoughts on polyphenol /oleocamphenol seekers ?
