I feel like this school is stealing my money without teaching me anything

So, midterms just came around for computer programming in the summer semester, and almost every class I’ve had has had some of the lowest average scores I have seen in my school life. Not just my scores, but everyone's are suffering.

For context, I am currently in semester 2 of programming and analysis, and this semester has felt like a huge quality shift from the first semester.

All content is outdated, expectations are being set haphazardly, causing many people to lose marks for no reason, and the professors don’t seem motivated to be here (probably because they are only doing 7 weeks, so they don’t have to worry about what’s going on after midterms)

And it’s not just me that are frustrated with this, talking with a bunch of classmates, and they have all expressed the same thought, “The profs aren’t actually teaching, they are reading slides,” and “I feel like I have learned nothing this semester, what’s supposed to happen next semester when they build off those topics”

For context, since grade 1, I have always been a high 70%’s mid 80% person. Even last semester, which was my first semester in college ever, I was averaging 75% - 85%. Now I’m lucky if I’m at 70%.

I was wondering if this is a normal thing that only happens in the summer, or if this is what the school has in place for me for the rest of my years here?
