Built a Monte Carlo simulator for our 2026 chances - with a Hopium slider
Promoting my website & looking for feedback
I put this together after the British GP this year, back when there was still a bit more hope 😄

It runs Monte Carlo simulations for the rest of the season using some basic parameters for each race and driver. AI made the coding side of this easy to build.
P3 still looks pretty good.
There's also a “Hopium” slider, because obviously we need one.
Give it a try. Appreciate any feedback on what would make it more interesting for next year.
Purely for entertainment, of course, not betting advice.

No live watching experiment continues
Last week was rough. I indeed did not watch the race live, but was disappointed when I did catch up on it.
But I will persist. Not going to watch the sprint and race live, even though LH is starting on pole.
I am positive, the streak will be back starting this week.

I promise to not watch this race live - again
ok fellow Lewis fans
As we had seen last week, I promised to not watch the Monaco GP race live to re-inforce my superstition from the one before that (that me not watching the race live => Lewis Podium)
It bore fruit and LH was on the podium in Monaco.
Do we want three in a row??

Not watching the race live
Last week I did not watch the race live and did not touch reddit or any social media till after the race. was pleasantly surprised to see LH on the podium.
I am going to do the same tomorrow. let's see if it works 😅
Any of you have your superstitions?
Update: I did it and LH is P2! So - me not watching races live AND keeping off of social media during the race is going to continue. Let's see how long it lasts :D :D

Progressive lenses = Neck Pain
Just got a pair of progressive lenses because I am old and don't want to wear bifocals and be obvious about it.
But OMG, these are giving me a neck ache! I have to turn my head and align it to ensure i am seeing through the correct region in the glasses.
and the change in power also causes weird refraction effects and things bending in front of my eyes 😂😂
this normal?

MacOS is identifying legitimate app as Malware
Why would MacOS do this ? I have seen something similar earlier as well with the ChatGTP app being tagged as malware...
