is it possible to get into the fresh start program..even though my fall/winter was 1.0..just 3% of from the 1.3 requirement sigh…

Hey, so my first two years have not been great, and I am wondering if I would be required to withdraw...I am so scared. so the first year I got a 2.9 gpa...but second year I got a 1.07 gpa...mental health crashes you know...so my cumulative is a 1.9.... I don't know what will happen
