Hi Everyone! this is for my health and movement science class. If you comment your survey, I will do your survey in return! Also, I'm Aus based so some of the questions may seem random if you're from a different country!

This survey has a focus on young people 15-25 and is used to gather statistics for my upcoming assessment. I have ensured there is as much privacy is possible- only your age and an indirect question about your cultural identity (which is optional) is required. It does ask about your locality, but does not ask you to state which locality you are from. I don't mind where you a from, but I highly encourage Australians to do it- but that is optional of course!
